It can withstand high temperature of 1050 ℃, thin thickness, light bulk density, which can reduce the weight of the preheater cylinder, thereby improving the phenomenon of overweight and overload of the preheater. Feature
1. Excellent fire resistance, able to withstand continuous thermal load in the temperature range
2. Low thermal conductivity, because the porosity of the product is over 90%, it has unrivaled thermal insulation performance in the entire temperature range of use.
3. High specific strength, its specific strength (compressive strength/capacity) is the highest among hard insulation products.
4. Good durability. After long-term use, there is no pulverization and obvious decline in heat insulation similar to ceramic fiber felt.
