Product Application
In terms of application, silicon carbide columns are mainly used as heating elements, resistors, diodes, transistors and thermal devices.
Silicon carbide column application heating element is common is silicon carbon rod, it is suitable for 1100 ~ 1600 ℃ work in a variety of electric furnaces, low 1100 ℃ with nickel-chromium wire elements is more economical, and higher than 1600 ℃, silicon carbide column is easy to oxidize.
