Features
(1) Silicon Carbide Brick has high strength and good wear resistance, which can resist the wear of solid materials and the erosion of hot air flow;
(2) Its good volume stability and acid resistance can resist the corrosion of acid substances in the furnace;
(3) The product has good seismic performance and can resist the destruction of the material caused by the change of furnace temperature;
(4) Good CO corrosion ability to avoid cracking of furnace lining due to CO corrosion;
(5) Perfect facilities (unshaped);
(6) Good heat resistance and heat insulation. When selecting refractory materials, appropriate refractory materials should be selected according to the working conditions of various forms of incinerators and the performance of various refractory materials.
Silicon Carbide Classification:
Silicon carbide is pided into two types: clay, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, silicon carbide and recrystallized silicon carbide.
Applications
1. Non-ferrous metal smelting industry
The use of Silicon Carbide Brick has high temperature resistance, high strength, good thermal conductivity and impact resistance. It is used as a high-temperature indirect heating material, such as a hard-pot distillation furnace. Rectifier furnace tray, aluminum electrolyzer, copper furnace lining, zinc powder furnace arc plate, thermocouple protection tube, etc.
2. Steel industry
Taking advantage of silicon carbide's corrosion resistance, thermal shock and abrasion, and good thermal conductivity, our products can be used in large blast furnace linings to extend service life.
3. Metallurgical beneficiation industry
The hardness of silicon carbide is second only to diamond, and it has strong wear resistance. It is an ideal material for wear-resistant pipes, impellers, pump chambers, cyclones and bucket linings. It is also one of the ideal materials for aviation flight tracks.
4. Building materials ceramics and grinding wheel industry
5. Energy-saving applications
