Silicon Carbide Beams Details
Typical Applications
Typically used in shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns, roller kilns, bell-type kilns and other industrial kiln roof refractory bearing structural parts and kiln car to carry products on the kiln support.
Application industries: technical ceramics, electronic ceramics powder, sanitary ware, daily-use ceramics, electric porcelain, refractory materials, foam ceramics, lithium battery positive and negative materials, etc. in the sintering process.
Features and Advantages
Silicon carbide square beams can provide true high performance lightweight kiln square beams and pillars design. Superior strength allows for a 50% reduction in beam cross-section compared to conventional recrystallized silicon carbide (R-SiC) beams, with no loss in load capacity, and for use at higher temperatures.
The excellent chemical resistance of R-SiC square beams allows them to operate for extended periods of time in highly corrosive atmospheres and ionic environments, providing a longer service life.
The high oxidation resistance of silicon carbide rollers allows them to operate stably for long periods of time in oxidizing atmospheres - a longer service life.
