It is minimizing alumina cement for using various dispersants and ultra fine powder so it has excellent abrasion resistance, erosion resistance, spalling resistance and chemical resistance . It widely used in part of various industrial furnace including incinerator, nonferrous metal furnace etc.
The structure of particularly dense, high strength refractory castable containing only a small amount of moisture, are formed, using special binder, following the theory of dispersion, peptization and coagulation of closely composed high strength castables.
High strength refractory castable can usually be mixed with water at the construction site. Its construction and mixing quality is very good. After manual plastering on the surface of the silo or mine trough, it can form a wear-resistant layer of a certain thickness, which can reach the skill requirements after routine protection. It has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high bond strength to the base concrete, strong impact resistance, high pressure resistance, good durability and long service life.
