Fused Cast AZS Block
Fused Cast AZS blocks are made of zircon and alumina as the main raw materials, and pre-synthetic materials are used as aggregates. It has high load softening temperature and compressive strength, low apparent porosity, and strong resistance to erosion of glass liquid. It is widely used in the key parts of kilns such as glass kilns, glass fiber furnaces, garbage incinerators, and electric furnaces. Fused Cast AZS block is a white solid formed by pure alumina powder and zircon sand containing 65% zirconia and about 34% silica in the electric furnace after being melted and injected into the model
Composition: Premium materials such as high alumina oxide, magnesium oxide, and silicon carbide, with customizable composition based on client requirements.
Form: Available in powder, brick, board, and castable forms to suit various application needs.
Refractoriness: Standard range from 1200°C to 1800°C, with options for higher temperature customization.
Application Fields: Widely used in industries such as steel, cement, glass, and petrochemicals for furnace lining and insulation.

Fused Cast AZS Block Details
Fused Cast AZS blocks are made of zircon and alumina as the main raw materials, and pre-synthetic materials are used as aggregates. It has high load softening temperature and compressive strength, low apparent porosity, and strong resistance to erosion of glass liquid. It is widely used in the key parts of kilns such as glass kilns, glass fiber furnaces, garbage incinerators, and electric furnaces.
Fused Cast AZS block is a white solid formed by pure alumina powder and zircon sand containing 65% zirconia and about 34% silica in the electric furnace after being melted and injected into the model to cool. The eutectoid of corundum and zircon and the glass phase are composed of the eutectoid of corundum and zircon, and the glass phase is filled between their crystals.
Fused Cast AZS blocks are the most widely used materials both in glass contact and superstructure of glass melting furnaces. The products are made of high pure material, fired at high temperature by advanced technology, with the advantages of high strength, high compression resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good performance in high temperature, good thermal conductivity, good erosion resistance and widely be used for linings of furnace in industries.
Casting method of AZS series products:
They are made by completely melting the raw materials and casting them in the mold, after cooling and solidification. Therefore, the shrinkage holes caused by the volume shrinkage during the condensation process are a matter of special attention when using. Generally, bricks with shrinkage holes are used in parts that do not have strict requirements for use. In some parts, according to the requirements of its use, shrinkage holes can be used to offset or cut the bricks of the shrinkage holes. Different casting methods can meet various usage requirements.
Features
1.High temperature resistance. AL2O3 and Cr2O3 can form a continuous melt without eutectic formation, so the high temperature resistance and strength are higher than corundum bricks.
2.High compressive strength. The chromium corundum brick has a compressive strength at room temperature greater than 120MPa. During the firing process, AL2O3-Cr2O3 solid melt is formed between particles and particles, between particles and subpisions, which greatly improves the strength .
3.Excellent thermal shock resistance. Resistant to thermal stresses generated by frequent temperature changes to prevent spalling and cracking.
4.Strong resistance to slag erosion. It has strong resistance to steel slag, non-ferrous metallurgical slag, coal gasification slag, oil gasification slag, and various glass melts, and has low porosity to prevent the molten slag from causing damage to the brick body through the pores.
