Composite Ceramic Fiber Module Details
Various forms of anchorage on the back of the folding module in the composite ceramic fiber module enable the folding module to be installed in a square array arrangement or a parquet panel arrangement.
Features:
The folding blankets will squeeze each other in different directions without creating gaps after being unstrapped.
Elastic ceramic fiber blanket can resist mechanical forces
The elasticity of the ceramic fiber blanket compensates for the deformation of the furnace shell so that there are no gaps between the components
Because of its light weight, it absorbs very little heat when used as insulation.
Low thermal conductivity brings high energy saving.
It is capable of resisting any thermal shock.
The lining does not require drying or curing, so it can be used immediately after installation.
The anchoring system is located away from the hot side of the assembly, keeping the metal anchoring at relatively low temperatures
Application:
1. Furnace lining of kiln in petrochemical industry;
2. metallurgy industry furnace lining;
3. ceramic, glass and other building materials industry furnace lining;
4. Lining of heat treatment furnace in heat treatment industry
5. other industrial furnace lining.
