Applications
Ceramic Fiber Board has the following applications:
1.Industrial kiln wall lining, masonry insulation layer, high-temperature and high-heat equipment insulation, thermal insulation, kiln lining of high-temperature kiln, kiln car, door baffle, kiln temperature partition board, aerospace and shipbuilding industry insulation, soundproof and insulating.
2.Steel industry: expansion joints, lined with insulation, insulation sheets and mold insulation; non-ferrous metal industry: backed with insulation materials, tundish and launder cover for pouring copper and copper-containing alloys;
3.Ceramic industry: lightweight kiln car structure and kiln hot surface lining, kiln temperature zone separation and fire-stopping materials;
4.Glass industry: molten pool is lined with heat insulation, burner block;
5.Kiln construction: hot side refractory (replaces fiber blanket), heavy refractory backing, expansion joints;
