Chemical composition and properties: general requirements: purity should be high and impurities should be extremely low, especially the content of harmful harmful substances should be strictly controlled; the chemical reactivity with the corrosives is low, and have the same (or similar) acidity or alkalinity .

When the viscosity of the erosion material is high, its penetration and diffusion effects are not significant, and sometimes it will prevent further penetration and diffusion into the material. Temperature: When the temperature is higher, it will reduce its chemical resistance. In engineering, proper cooling measures are often adopted for the lining. The main purpose is to reduce the temperature, delay and prevent the erosion of the lining.
Atmosphere: Its chemical resistance is very sensitive to the atmosphere. As in a reducing atmosphere, the resistance of aluminum silicate refractory products to the corrosion of iron oxide-containing slag is significantly reduced.
